Age Requirement policy: I understand that only guests over the age of 21 will be
permitted to drive the rental boat. Children under the age of 13 must wear a coast guard approved vest while the engine is running, and the boat is in motion.

There is absolutely no fishing allowed on the rental boat or jet ski. Fishing poles or fishing gear / equipment will not be allowed on the rental boat or jet ski. 

Per insurance regulations, anyone who is not on the boat / jet ski at check in time is not allowed on the boat / jet ski. IE: Picking someone or people up at another location is not allowed. 

The rental fleet is equipped with GPS tracking. The rental fleet has 50 miles of run range. The rental can go as far south as the restaurants in Georgetown, and as far north as the swing bridge in Socastee. If you go south of the restaurants in Georgetown or north of the swing bridge in Socastee you will be charged $100 additional, and the Coast Guard and DNR will be called.

Damage policy: I understand that I am liable for any, and all damages incurred to the
rental boat or its equipment while the boat is rented to me. A rental employee will do
a complete walk around with the renter and mark any damages that were present
PRIOR to this rental. 

I understand and agree with the cancellations policy: A minimum of 48 hours prior to
rental is required, otherwise payment is non-refundable. Weather Exception: if it
rains and you are out on the rental, there is no refund. If it is raining at time of check
in, you will have the option to reschedule (if times are available), or to receive a
refund. We will do our best to work with you. Once you are checked in there are no
refunds. 

ALL rentals are required to keep a credit card on file during the duration of the
rental. The credit card will be used for fueling the boat after your rental, and for any,
and all damages found during the walk through at the end of your rental. If you
decide to pay cash for your fuel, a credit card is still required to be on file. If no credit
is kept on file, then the rental will be terminated and no refund or reschedule.

I understand that there is 2 dog maximum occupancy. I understand that if I bring more than 2 dogs, I will forfeit my booking and will not have a refund of my pet add on fee nor my booking fees.

A Late Fee will be assessed at an additional $50 per each fifteen (15) minutes, or
fraction thereof past the return time. The credit card we have on file will be charged.

Do NOT operate the vessel under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Only start the motor once ALL passengers are aboard.

Keep all body parts inside the boat under power, therefore, do NOT get off the boat
until the engine is shut off.

The motor must be in NEUTRAL before starting the engine, and make sure you red kill
cord is attached to the kill switch.

Observe ALL NO WAKE signs posted along the river – waterway. If you come to houses
or boats docked, you MUST be 5MPH and NO wake.

When approaching other vessels keep to the right unless you are overtaking the other
vessel.

Everyone onboard MUST know where the safety equipment is in case of an emergency.

Do NOT beach the vessel anywhere on the river – waterway.

Fishing is NOT allowed on the boat.
